Shape Fitness

With both group training, Yoga and One on One Personal training, we have a fitness option to suit you. Operating from Shape Fitness studio, we offer both indoor and outdoor training.

With Shape fitness studio being centrally located opposite Lake Weeroona, we can provide training that incorporates the benefits of the great outdoors, or the privacy of having your own training studio. Regardless of the weather, you can rely on us to deliver the best training every day, every season – all year round!

Group sessions include:

Ladies Boxing for fitness – This is a high intensity session that delivers a cardio and conditioning work out.

Vinyasa Flow yoga – Is a progressive style of yoga that flows well while delivering the benefits of body weight strength movement, breathing, stretching and relaxation.

Ladies only group personal training – provides a good mix of cardio, strength training and post workout recovery techniques.

Mens only group personal training – provides a good mix of cardio, boxing, strength training and post workout recovery techniques.

Running for fitness – including both interval training and long distance running techniques, this session gives you the technique and guidance on how to run. For beginners through to intermediate runners.

SRS (pregnancy and post natal fitness) – Is a session focused on strengthening the areas that need it most during pregnancy and throughout the post natal period. ALL CHILDREN WELCOME! See our Shape, Rattle ‘n’ Stroll page for further details. * All above mentioned sessions are 1 hour in duration.

Sweat ‘n Stretch – A mix of cardio and yoga (75 minute session). See our Sweat ‘n Stretch page for details.

Fit ‘n’ fifty plus – A low intensity resistance and strength training program for the 50+ age group that are looking to stay fit and healthy. Catering for all fitness levels including those who have limited mobility or are hoping to get back to exercise after an injury.

One on One Personal Training

Sessions are designed specifically for you and cater for your individual requirements. We work with people of all ages and fitness levels and offer only the highest quality training.

Catering for both men and women, we offer safe and sustainable training techniques, variety in sessions and the motivation you need to reach your goals!
